Fine herbs, chervil and thyme, a hint of yeast, green apple, mirabelle plums and crisp, green pears on the nose. Full-bodied on the palate, a pleasantly pithy phenolic note replaces fruitiness, juicy, straightforward acidity, mineral undertones, full of character.
