Fine and dense on the nose, salted lemons, fresh pineapple, boskop, quince, mirabelle plums, pink grapefruit, sesame, caraway seeds, subtle smoke. Juicy and full-bodied on the palate, creamy base with present acidity, mineral, salty-spicy character, juicy fruit, a straightforward and animating Pinot Blanc with good length.
