The white wine Bermersheim Silvaner trocken, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Neef-Emmich has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Silvaner from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Initially austere and savoury on the nose, green fruit, unripe lime zest, tangerine, also white pepper, with more air a fine peach sweetness is added. Very mineral attack, mustard seeds, chalky in the background, exceptionally elegant.
