The white wine Sauvignon Blanc Klausen, vintage 2004 from the winery Weingut Neumeister has been rated in 2006 with Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Vulkanland Styria in Austria.
I sent it straight from south-eastern Styria to New Zealand. Light greenish yellow. Intense aromas of gooseberries, kiwi and cassis, enormous fruit melt. Very complex and full-bodied on the palate, fully ripe kiwis, fine structure, very drinkable, good length, juicy tropical fruit in the aftertaste.
