Tasting Notes
A light salmon pink colour. On the nose, red fruit paired with dried herbs, ripe lemon, blood orange, raspberry, nutty notes. Playful on the palate with a soft base, juicy, fruit notes intertwined with a lively acidity, refined phenolics, with a savoury-stony finish.
More about the tastingBright salmon pink in the glass. Citrus fruit opens the nose, followed by raspberry, apricot, rose hip, dried herbs and lavender. On the palate, it is full-bodied, straightforward and juicy, with fine acidity and fine phenolics giving structure to the fresh fruit, with a savoury, stony finish, individual and appealing to drink.
