Tasting from 30.04.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

A typical but well-balanced nose with notes of lychee, rose petals, citrus fruits, cider pears and jasmine. Medium-bodied on the palate, it's beautifully fresh in the mid-palate and slightly tart on the finish. A pleasantly dry example.
