Medium yellow-green with silver reflections. The nose is somewhat restrained, with flashes of grapefruit pith, white tropical fruit and a smokey, savoury note. Similarly somewhat restrained on the palate, suggesting this is still underdeveloped, there's an echo of the white fruit as well as some well-integrated wood flavors. Still needs its time, but with safe development potential.
