Pale greenish yellow. Ripe yellow apple, fine spice, pleasant mineral component, attractive bouquet. Juicy and fresh, pleasant structure, white apple fruit on the finish, fine spicy notes, still very young, needs a little more maturity, multi-faceted food companion.
