Tasting Notes
Multi-layered, complex, cool flavour. Dense and expressive on the palate. Tannins and acidity provide structure. Notes of cedar wood, allspice, sour cherry, wild berry and rather dark fruit flavours. Slate savouriness and fine minerality accompany the long finish.
