The white wine »Can´t believe it´s a Piwi«, vintage 2024 from the winery Weingut Oliver Schell has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Souvignier Gris from the region Ahr in Germany.
Spicy aroma, subtle pepper, nutmeg savouriness, cinnamon stick, fresh bay leaf, oranges, yellow gooseberry, mango. Powerful on the palate with good substance, fresh acidity and fine phenolics provide tension to the juicy fruit, fine savouriness, elegantly balanced with tension, individual and long on the palate.
