Clear, light straw yellow with a slight green shimmer. Fragrant and intense nose, fresh lemon, lemon balm and tomato leaf, fresh peach in the background. Shows great finesse on the palate, with salty-mineral components, juicy and with good tension. Rich, ripe peach on the finish.
