Tasting Notes

Tasting from 09.07.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright pale straw yellow with silver. Fragrant nose of white flowers and fresh grass, a hint of sugar melon, delicate hint of nutmeg savouriness. Very taut and very juicy on the palate, racy on the tongue, with drive and crisp, green-spicy acidity, precise attack, long finish.
