Tasting Notes
Strong ruby garnet, ochre reflections, broad rim brightening. Smoky and savoury, a hint of cordite, fine nuances of precious wood, delicate hints of nougat, ripe red cherries, a hint of strawberry confit, candied orange zest. Juicy, elegant, red forest berries, fresh acidity, silky tannins, mineral-salty, good persistence, some nougat, already drinkable, with certain ageing potential.
