Tasting Notes
Dark ruby, opaque core, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. On the nose, tobacco savouriness, ripe, dark fruits of the forest confit, spicy nuances, hints of currants, vanilla and nougat. Tightly woven, with fine acidity and a well-integrated tannin structure, notes of ripe cherry, dark berries, toasted notes and subtle hints of chocolate. Will benefit from bottle ageing, still needs time.
