Deep ruby, opaque core, violet glints with a delicate lighter hue at the rim. Subtle scents of hardwood spice, black cherries, lush fruits of the forest jam, candied orange zest as well as some nougat. Juicy, nice freshness, filigree structure marked by notions of cherries on the finish and a salty minerality. Good length, worth cellaring.
