Tasting Notes
Deep ruby with purple reflections and a broad ochre rim. Dark mineral notes, red cherry, fresh fruits of the forest, tobacco nuances and a hint of orange zest. Medium-bodied, with ripe cherry on the palate, subtle hints of plum and fine acidity, with saline nuances on the finish. Still a little reserved, will benefit from bottle ageing.
More about the tastingStrong crimson garnet, purple reflections, broad ochre brightening on the rim. Peppery-tobacco background, herbal spice, sweet red cherries, fresh blackberries and plums. Juicy, fresh cherries, fine acidity, subtle fruit on the finish, elegant and animating, seems light on its feet, good persistency, potential for ageing.
