Tasting from 16.08.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Roasted almonds on the nose, also some roasted chestnuts, yellow fruit notes, ripe apricot, melon, fine spice. Smooth and soft palate with a finely chiseled acidity, slightly salty and citrus underpinnings, pear and fine mineral spice, a bit peppery, medium density, finishes with notes of quince. Well done.
