Tasting from 16.08.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Rich and lush aroma that fully reflects the varietal typicity: lots of cassis, ripe mango, blackberry, pear and passion fruit. On the palate, a very cleanly vinified Sauvignon Blanc with lively acidity (and also carbonic acid), medium structure, slightly saline notes and fine spice priming; also good as an aperitif.
