The white wine »Von der Ley« Riesling Kabinett trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weingut Paulinshof has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Moselle in Germany.
Crushed rock on the nose, smoke, slate and citrus tones. On the palate there is a lot of mineral extract on a narrow to medium weight body, ripe acidity. A very cultivated wine, as a Kabinett almost a little too amply enriched, but completely coherent.
