Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 16.08.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Starts with an earthy aroma, deciduous forest, freshly peeled beet, red currants, pomegranate, blackcurrant, blueberry, sloe and subtle dark chocolate. Dense and tightly woven on the palate, with good extract, pure fruit, finely nuanced acidity, grippy phenolics and good tension. A wine with depth of character.
