The red wine »Kreation Rot«, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Peter Krause has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 94+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Cabernet Mitos from the region Baden in Germany.
Blackcurrant, cinnamon and semi-bitter chocolate, also black pepper. The palate has a beautiful fullness, grainy tannin sits in good quantity on a supple body gently rounded off by the wood, the acidity is ripe and seamlessly integrated into the structure. An elegant yet rich wine with very good length.
