The red wine »Kreation Rot« Meersburg Fohrenberg trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Peter Krause has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Spätburgunder, Dornfelder , Cabernet Mitos from the region Baden in Germany.
Ripe blackberry, cassis, wild raspberry and elderberry show on the savoury nose, with tobacco and cigar box too. A "creation" reminiscent of the Bordelais and even more of Lake Constance, with soft, velvety texture, vivid acidity and noble, grippy tannins. Long and elaborate.
