Fine spicy nose with slight fermentation aromas, pear and apple show, also floral notes, some dried flowers. The palate, on the one hand, is relaxed and juicy, but on the other hand, also has a certain energy and the typical sea freshness and minerality, good expression of terroir. Medium structure, grippy phenolics, fine spice, shows profile.
