Smoky, roasted aromas, plum, elderberry juice and garden herbs on the nose. More and more wild berries with aeration. Taut on the palate, good density, a well-integrated and firm acidity, full-bodied and mineral mid-palate, still compact and youthful, the alcohol is seamlessly framed by the extract, a penetrating minerality on the finish.
