The white wine Amistar Bianco Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Peter Sölva has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
A pale golden yellow with an intense luminosity. An ethereal, elegant nose, flattering, attractive, elegant. A bouquet with notes of honey, roasted nuts and stone fruit. Mineral on the palate with a slight saltiness, persistent, highly elegant and a marvellous finish. A good cellar wine!
