The red wine Amistar Rosso Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT, vintage 2022 from the winery Weingut Peter Sölva has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot from the region Alto Adige in Italy.
An intense golden yellow. Very restrained initially, with some reductive notes. Then with aeration, appealing green aromas. Harmonious on the palate, ethereal with an intense persistence and a striking acidity. Lots of grip, somewhat opulent and a lingering finish.
