Tasting Notes
Recognisably low sulphur, dark chocolate, prune, a hint of wood, a touch of Marsala. Creamy palate, round and plump, but not out of shape, fine nerves and minerality give freshness. Curiously, the initial hint of oxidation disappears in the glass rather than intensifying.
