Dark cream to light gold in colour. A berry nose with balsamic-mineral undertones. Fresh mousse on the palate, well-integrated, firm acidity, a carefully dosed sweet counterweight, tactile mineral notes, good density, rather small volume, medium length. Fine aperitif.
