"Stony" aroma, also spicy with yeast, lemon balm and lemon peel. On the palate, the wine has a deep contrast between crisp acidity and comparatively vivid sweetness, density and body are robust, yeasty flavours currently (still) accompany the finish, here the acidity intensifies to an almost astringent perception.
