Clear, intense straw yellow with olive green reflections. Ripe peach on the nose, candied lemon zest, sweet savouriness, grapefruit, with also a grapefruit aftertaste. Elegant creaminess on the palate, salty, full-bodied, with a broad arc and an emphatically fruity finish.
