Tasting Notes

92+
Tasting from 16.02.2024: Ulrich Sautter

Transparent in colour, light in alcohol, a Pinot that does not aim for the maximum. Fine savouriness, some black pepper, tobacco, cherry and redcurrant. In the mouth with a light structure and a delicate, sensitive nature. Develops its qualities almost subtly, noble red fruit, finely chiseled acidity, neat minerality. Very stylish.
