Tasting from 10.10.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Fresh, almost lucid, radiant fruit: Blackberry and elderberry, slate, currants, also violet pastille candies. On the palate, fine-grained, dense tannins seamlessly intertwined with a supple, almost creamy body. Young and already wonderfully charming, highly appealing - and with undoubtedly excellent prospects for further ageing.
