Tasting Notes
Medium yellow-green. On the nose, a mixture of sweet wood notes and vegetal nuances of yellow bell pepper, delicate grassy notes. Quite acidic on the palate, still lacking the final balance, with a delicate clove finish, where the wood once again plays first fiddle. Finished in a very good eighth place overall.
