Lightly pressed, light in colour, but intense in aroma: yellow fruit, apricot, strawberry, almond and some blueberry. Not a lightweight on the palate, with a well-balanced substance and ripe acidity, plus a hint of carbonic acid and suitable sweetness. A serious Blanc de Noir that shows its strengths at the table.
