Tasting from 28.06.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Orange-toned colour, red berryish aromas and spicy-ripe tones, orange blossom, a hint of caramel. On the palate the wine has a fairly vertical structure; acidity and substance are fresh and excitingly staged, the fruit accompaniment has good intensity and hints at first bottle maturation.
