The white wine Blauer Silvaner Kabinett trocken, vintage 2023 from the winery Weingut Poth has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Blauer Silvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Pineapple, yeast, freshly squeezed orange juice and cashew nut. A juicy acidity gives the wine dynamism and freshness, but it also has enough fruit and creaminess to not appear austere. The very good extract content reveals itself on the finish with a terpene-pointed, concentrated interplay of aromas. A new Silvaner facet!
