Tasting Notes

Tasting from 06.07.2018: Peter Moser, Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Bright strawberry red colour, with ochre reflections. It has an intense fragrance of lovage underlying some red berry fruit, with some delicate herbal nuances, tobacco notes, and a hint of blueberry. Juicy and elegant on the palate, with a lively acid structure, discreet sweet fruit, and a cherry flavour on the finish, and some minerality in the background. It is long lasting, and it is an individual summer wine.
