Tasting Notes
Ripe Mirabelle plum, apricot pulp, clear, fruity and intense. A small amount of herbs and damp stone following aeration. Silky opening on the palate, then viscous layers become apparent, the wine has a soft depth, the acidity develops from the almost creamy mid-palate and leads to a full-bodied, compact finish. Great length.
