The barrique is evident in the aroma, white nougat, caramel, mango, yellow banana peel, acacia honey, white lilac and musk. The palate opens up voluminously, ripe acidity on a viscous base of ripe fruit and woody savouriness, full-bodied and with plenty of power, a gastronomic type.
