Tasting from 14.11.2025: Ulrich Sautter

Combines coolness and ripe fruit on the nose, ripe apricot, pear, banana, freshly cooked corn, orange zest, subtle ice candy. Powerful on the palate with an oily texture, ripe acidity, rich fruit and a smooth base, a perfect accompaniment to the table that can also stand up to stronger dishes.
