Tasting Notes
Dark ruby in colour, with purple reflections, and a subtle watery rim. On the nose, inviting dark berry fruit, subtle dried plum, some raspberry puree, tangerine peel, and tobacco. The palate is juicy, with an almost Burgundian texture, sweet wild berry confit, pronounced and well-integrated tannins, persistent with a chocolaty note, already very harmonious, an elegant food wine.
