Tasting from 14.09.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Light golden colour, slightly cloudy. The aroma is opulent and almost perfumed: Nutmeg, dried apple and pear, floral aromas. A layer of ripe, dry phenolics appears on the palate, a firm acidity carries the structure, the spicy muscatel aromas intensify as it drains, the wine finishes very dry, very aromatic, with tension and good ageing potential.
