Tasting from 17.08.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Medium golden yellow in colour. Powerful and somewhat loud nose with boxwood, ripe mango, lychee and orange blossom. Slenderly built and with good speed on the palate, uncompromisingly dry, juicy tartness, apple peel, tannin, also citrus, straightforward and with a pithy acidity, salty-tart to the finish. Unconventional, beautiful and mineral.
