Tasting Notes
Excellent Pinot Gris with a Burgundian appearance. Clearly mineral character. Delicate nuances of dried pears, flint and herbs. Densely interwoven fruit with filigree acidity and multi-layered length. Fine roasted notes in the aftertaste. Will certainly improve significantly with maturity. Certainly a benchmark in this price range.
