Tasting Notes
Spontaneous fermentation spiciness, caraway, red pepper, and lavender. Also unconventional on the palate, immediately vivid almond flavour, leathery notes, firm but not harsh phenolics, vital but not green acidity, savoury, with a "wild" finish. It is a very exciting wine that counteracts all sauvignon clichés.
