Ripe, at the same time incredibly fresh with an animating nose. Melange of lychee, grapefruit, meadow herbs and white pepper. On the palate, the ripe acidity balances this mixture, complemented by mineral phenolics. Already fun to drink and still has a lot of ageing potential.
