Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Aromas of stewed apple, clove, ripe yellow fruit, pepper notes and high-quality botrytis, silky and seamlessly rounded on the palate, lots of juiciness and differentiation, very ripe citrus fruit, tropical notes, fine balance. Does not come with a crowbar, delicately mineral-tinged, slightly viscous, but not thick enough to cut, subtle, but well-supporting and length-giving acidity, finishes fine and fresh.
