Tasting from 01.12.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Tangerine, candied orange, rose, lavender, elderberry, very fragrant and savoury, rock flour. Juicy on the palate, delicate sweetness, rich and round, lots of fruit on the palate, very harmonious and self-contained, lots of creaminess, one judge immediately thought of a Gugelhupf.
