Tasting Notes

Tasting from 23.04.2019: Ulrich Sautter

Ripe yellow-fruity aroma with notes of spontaneous fermentation and herbal-spicy undertones. Supple and comparatively rich on the palate with late-emerging but stable acidity, strong mineral extract and a sweetness that remains defensive compared to the structural part. A taut and comparatively firm Kabinett that is made for longer maturation in the bottle.
