The rosé wine »Réserve« Rosé Spätlese trocken, vintage 2018 from the winery Weingut Reinhold und Cornelia Schneider has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Baden in Germany.
Light and reddish-golden in colour. Rosehip, Darjeeling tea, a pinch of wood and slightly "stony" undertones. The palate is of fabulous tension, the warm year is not recognisable at all, minerality and acid freshness give the wine something very distinctive. Excellent length.
